Greetings from the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association (MPhA)!

MPhA is a state professional association dedicated to serving pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and pharmacy school educators in Massachusetts. The voice of the profession of pharmacy since 1883, MPhA represents pharmacists from all practice settings. Our mission is to advance the practice and interests of pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The MPhA Academy Structure, comprised of the following ten academies: Academia, Chain Organization and Independent Community Employees (CHOICE), Compounding, Health Systems, Independent Pharmacy Owners, Industry, Long Term Care & Consulting, Managed Care, Students, and Technicians, enables us to represent and provide support and benefits for all members.

Under the leadership of our new MPhA President, our talented and dedicated Board of Directors continues to work diligently to offer a variety of member benefits and improve our programs and services. In addition, we have continued to make strides monitoring legislative and regulatory issues affecting pharmacists, representing the profession and promoting the expanding role of pharmacists, as health care providers.

MPhA members receive:
•Pharmacy Journal of New England, a quarterly publication that provides a comprehensive look into pharmacy issues.
•Notices and discounts on all of our CE offerings.
•E-mail news alerts on issues impacting your profession.
•Member benefits, such as discounts on professional and private insurance.
•Full time association staff to answer your questions and advocate for the profession.

MPhA has been successful in the past and will continue to make progress – but we need your support!

Please join today and invest in the future of your profession! Visit our new Web site at www.masspharmacists.org for more information and to become a member of MPhA by joining online today!
