MPhA, along with the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacists Association (MIPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP), coordinates an annual day for our pharmacy community to visit the State House in Boston. On this day, we assemble to review the important legislative items, specific to the practice of Pharmacy both in the Commonwealth and a National level. This is an opportunity for the seasoned pharmacist to use the power of our collective voices to make an impact, and an equally important opportunity for the pharmacists in training to learn more about how advocacy plays a critical role in our profession.

Take our Legislative Issues Poll!

The practice of Pharmacy is changing and to influence the direction of these changes, we must be proactive and at the forefront of the issues. Becoming educated about the issues, visiting and building positive relationships with the legislators of Massachusetts, and being willing to make the difference is the only chance we have of moving the issues in the direction of our choosing.

Registration is free, but required to help create effective legislative visits!
